Start…Stop ggrr Start
An Indian man in Germany getting into a regular fitness regime and
not into Bollywood jigs can become news at times. J Latter is typically
due to the fact that people from Indian sub-continent are not known for
sporting prowess and/or achievements except some sports say Cricket. No
surprises in choice of sport, but I can beg to be different! No wonder
that “yours truly” tried to build his own fitness castle.
After stop and start for 6 odd months in 2014 and post experiencing the usage of Speed Cell, X-Cell with miCoach Elite systems, I decided to take further plunge. Mind you I had clocked some good hours, burned some calories playing badminton, biking, sometimes running and soccer during the 6 month interregnum!
Finally last Christmas on a not so sunny day I ventured out to the Adidas outlet with a colleague (Men can also have complex buying behaviors). Analytics (Big data people is the buzzword these days) guys would love to emasculate my shopping behavior and hopefully sell me more, but my impulse was a result of many factors.
However, in the next 6 months, the strident, disciplined story of running hardly did not really take off. Weeks and months have since passed by, gym membership started to become stale, but the usage of Fit Smart brought some charm. Apart from the normal sporting activities and gym workouts, I also added Tennis workouts in my repertoire. Satisfaction to be able to sync workouts with miCoach train and run, share them over FB primarily, has given me further motivation along with eyeballs!
My steam engine is still rolling and with activity tracker on way into Fit Smart, more things to look forward to. I am sure in the next 6 months of 2015, possibly I will salvage more. Maybe convert steam engine fitness regimen into atleast a diesel engine category! More workouts into miCoach and improve my lifetime statistics with new milestones/achievements.
Remember a wise Indian (Pun intended, me!) once said that messaging is key for people from different parts of the globe to educate about the benefits of sports. Stay active and avoid lifestyle diseases! Game is on with all to play. #Unleashyourbest

- Firstly, I wanted to avail of my remaining shopping budget for the year at the Adidas outlet
- Pounce on the additional discounts at the staff sales (Shopping!—yahoooooo)
- Use my newly discovered shopping skills courtesy Adidas (Mind you these were latent for a long period of my life) and
- Last, but not the least like every year I made a fitness resolution (castle...Another one) for 2015.
